I have completed my CA Final. Along with article ship i have also completed my SY LLB, the timing of which were 2:45 Pm To 5:45 Pm. But due to liberal approach of principal i was not required to attend the college. I had to appear in college for exam only. But now for applying for the Membership i want to show this course as a my credentials. My article training period was 13-12-06 to 12-06-10. I have pursued the LLB course for 2008-09 to 2009-10.
so i request you to advice me on the said matter as soon as possible so that i can enroll my name as a member.

If you have not intimated earlier to the company that you are doing LLB at the time of article ship and your article ship has been completed, then try to escape to mention LLB degree in membership application form.

in my opinion if you show this course as it is clashing articleship timings it may create some harm on you,,
more over you are punishable under ca regulations 65& 78,,
icai may condone if your have done distance course,,but yours is not distance course,,it is tough task to proove that you have done quality articleship in regular course,,
