Kindly proivde the Format of Letter to be taken from the employer at the time of submitting Form 112 with ICAI.

29 July 2013 I think, Form-112 signed by you and indicating college timings etc. shall be countersigned by the Principal of the college with the seal and stamp of the college and also indicating the telephone number and full address of the college.

No need of letter from Employer.

29 July 2013 No actually I have done CS also during my Articleship of CA. So they are asking for Letter of my Employer from where I have completed my articleship of CA. And I have completed my college before that.
So for that I need format of Letter to be taken from my employer. If u have any format kindly provide.
