Form 109 - submission

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I 've taken transfer on 12-8-13. After this, my articleship again started on 30-10-13. For that transfer, I have deposited Form 109 and also new form 103 to the institute on 10-11-13.
Whether I was correct or not?
Or i should deposit any penalty for such delay.

u need to submit form 109 within 1 month of taking transfer else u need to pay condonation fees as applicable.
