23 August 2013 I m having 3 sets of form 109 out of which one has been taken by my past employer, another one is demandable by my present employer. What should I know now would I keep the last set with me or I need to submit it in ICAI?

23 August 2013 you need to evrytime submit a copy to icai when u take transfer and 1 copy should be retained by you.
If your existing employer is asking then giving him a zerox copy and still u must preserve one copy with u.

Firstly you will submit one copy of Form-109 to Institute for approval/ registering your article.

The no. of 109 required to the student is not defined any where in the CA Regulation. So it will depend on you that how many copies of such form is required to be signed.
