I have completed my Articleship of 3.5 Years and My CA has Exteded my training of three months please sugguest how to complete remaining period to another CA let me the procedure for it (I have signed 108 from my ca but not submit to ICAI till now).

Once your article is completed you are submit within 30 days and for balance period another form is to be submitted to complete the article training. If you have not submitted submit it immediately and start serving the extended period. In fact in the last year of your training period you should have taken secondment but now it is very difficult.
