Write a condonation request letter giving reason for delay. Instead of writing, due to some personal reasons... Simply say due to health issues or work pressure or preparation of examination.
Get a DD for requisite amount (Rs. 300) made in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at the city where your council is.
Send it alongwith 108.

the form should be submitted to the ofice of the institute within 30 days,in case delat it shall accompanied by the request and specied fees for condonation of delay
Fees slab for condonation of delay
delay upto 30 days = Rs.100
delay between 31 days to 180 days=Rs.300
delay beyon 181 days= Rs. 1000
