form 107 and exam form

20 April 2011 please tell me...i had filled exam form putting 5 months extension but when i filled form 107 there was extension of 4 months only and now institute has asked to fill another form stating when you are going to complete your articles.so please let me know whether difference of i month in calculation is allowed???
