friends i had taken exces leave in my articleship n after completing trainning for which i hav taken excess leave but i had wrongly filed form 107 but i had to fill form 102 so had received letter from institute to fill form 102.should i hav to fill penalty bcoz form 102 is to b filled with in 30days of commencement of traininig. i hav to pay penalty or not????

CA institute always helps us, do not worry just filup form 107, no penalty will apply.
