Form 1 : llp name reservation

I have submitted Form-1 yesterday, for Name Availability of LLP.
Can any one please let me know how many days it takes for approval?
And how can I know whether it is approved or not?

1. You can check status of your form by login the MCA account. On the left hand side there is an option for "Check Transaction Status". Normally The status moves from "Action pending" to "assigned" to "work in progress" to the final status that could be "approved" or "resubmission required" or "rejected".
2. In any case, once the final status is achieved, you receive an email from MCA.
3. If you are in a hurry, then don't sit idle. Go and approach ROC. They do listen sometime.
tomorrow I filed 1A in morning and at 3 pm i got approval from Delhi ROC. You can check the name Skyline Radio on MCA status.
So we can not says that What is the process of approval of ROC.
Thats why I specifically mentioned Mumbai ROC.
every ROC have different process.What can we says......
