Somebody tell me How can I file form 1 A in case where both of the promoters are companies incorporated outside India.
Query....... I fill name of the applicant in column 2 (representative of the company)
in column 7 I fill name of the foreign companies & their registration number.
While at the time of check form a message showing error appear that name of the applicant & promoter should be same, but there is no option to fill company's name in column 2. Should I fill individuals name (representative of the company)in column 7 ?
Please advise....

Just few days before we Incorporated a company with two membes being CORPORATES. how we did it..
1. You got to have a INDIVIDUAL as Applicant & Promoter.
How to get him out of Subscription clause of MOA.
2. when filing Form 1, also get a No Objection Certificate from the individual that - He has no objection for incorporation of company without his name as Promoter.
Doing this way its enough two Corporates name will come in the Subscription clause of MOA.
Back-up for above Point 2 - Page 12 of the Naming Guidelines. This can be downloaded for MCA21 website. this link will be below eForm 1A.
