: capital raising challenge for SMB
dear vignesh if you can put light on this on it will be very helpful. can a member / director use money from loan against personal property and use it to subscribe in private ltd or increase paid-up capital or in a different way can money taken as personal loan can be used to subscribe/member in private company share. and how about issuing fully convertible preference share thanks
