18 December 2010 I hv filed form 1A for name approval with 3 promoters ( Proposed first subscriber to MOA).
I received name approval from ROC.
Now i hv to filed Form 1 for Registration of Company with 4 promoters.
My query is should i filed the same with 4 promoters
If yes, is there any different procedure to follow
if not, then what is the procedure for filing Form 1 with 4 promoters.
