Forgot to take deduction of home loan interest

02 December 2014 one of my friend has filed a I.T. return for F.Y. 2013-14 and paid Tax around Rs. 8000/- as per Computation.

But she is paying Home loan and forgot to take deduction of home loan interest in I.T. return.
can she file a revised return by showing deduction of home loan interest?

Plz. guide.

02 December 2014 the ans is yes u can file it and also dont forgot to file itrv to cpc, begaluru within 180 days from date of filling revise return.

pls note that for filling revise return u should have file the original return on or b4 due date.
