Hi. I filed my return with audit report last year for ass. Year 13-14 but unfortunately I forgot to approve my audit. Now when I filing my return tto this year I saw my mistake. It showing uploaded n pending for approval . what are the consequences n solution. I vl be very thankful to you.

It may be presumed that no TAR has been submitted by assessee

atleast approve now. The department will have the right to charge penalty for non-submission of audit report in time. However, you can present your case and provide bonafide reasons for the mistake.
