Forget to deduct tds on advance payment

sir I paid a 30,000/- professional fees as an advanced. but forgot to deduct the TDS amt. should I claim same amt from party or pay it from my account?

Pay it from your side and then get it recovered from party or else you can deduct the total amount of TDS from Final payment to be made to party.

the only option left is to pay it from ur side and to ask for recovery from party
