Forget to deduct tds on advance payment

29 April 2015 sir I paid a 30,000/- professional fees as an advanced. but forgot to deduct the TDS amt. should I claim same amt from party or pay it from my account? Please advise

30 April 2015 Pay it from your side and then get it recovered from party or else you can deduct the total amount of TDS from Final payment to be made to party.
