My Brother Last year file IT return with one Auditor this year he going to change the Auditor but the previous Auditor did't give the password Pls help me (in Last year ITR-V previous Auditor mentoin his own mail id & mobile no.)

If you are unable to reset the password with secret question and other options provided in forgot password link..you can rest password with below procedure
Please send a mail to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
1)PAN
2)PAN HOLDER NAME
3)DATE OF BIRTH / DATE OF INCORPORATION
4)FATHER NAME
5)REGISTERED PAN ADDRESS
with in 4 or 5 working hours you will get a response mail making your PAN number as your default password.
