Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted form 15CA online on 21/07/2012. but i have not put the details of tds in said form . due to above mistake i want revise this form. can i revise this form? if yes then how...........and if no then what should be done

If you have not submitted the signed copy yet, upload a FRESH 15CA. Do not bother the earlier one as it is erroneous.
