can Pvt Ltd Company Remove the Auditor before the term & what is procedure for it as per companies act 2013? The Company hold the AGM without adopting Balance sheet ?

Such removal requires a special resolution.
and previous approval of central govt. must be obtained.
1. make an application to central govt in form ADT-2 with prescribed fees within 30 days of passing of the board resolution.
2. after receipt of approval, company has to hold general meeting within 60 days of receipt of approval.
3. Before taking any action for removal, the auditor shall be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
