17 July 2012 i have a company who did not file its annual return since 2006. as per mca data it shows the status as domant.
now director want to regularise the co,.tell me the detailed procedure for the same.formate of application required to be filed with registrat in detail

17 July 2012 The company has to e-file form 61. An application supported by an affidavit has to be attached with the said form. MCA will give 21 days time to file the pending returns ,on approval of the said form. On the successful completion of filing of the the pending retuns, status will be changed to 'Active'in the company master data.

18 July 2012 make sure you should file the annual returns within 21 days if within that period returns are not filed then the companies status will again go back to dormant.
