is any one who have a net income of Rs.160000/- in A.Y. 2013-14 can represent his income Rs.215000 to get rebet of Rs. 2000/-.......?

seriously? what will achieve by this? and also, how would you get Rs 2000 rebate if the income is only 2.15 lakhs where the rebate can only be Rs 1500.
