For mistake in exam form

respect sir.
actully in my examination form.i have missed the last number of grp.1 passed.roll no. so can i change my form or it is not a big problem?. it menas i have passrd grp 1and i mentioned the roll.no 30096 instead of 300966..so pls guide me..if any correction in form otherwise i will.give this.original form? please suggest me as soon as possible.
