For gta service tax

We are Merchanat Exporter. & we are export 2 & 3 wheeler auto parts. we have received all goods by Transport (GTA), But transporter not paid service tax. So, whose liability for Service Tax paid ? Exporter or Transporter ? Please give me reply soon.
