Suppose if I send goods amounting rs 30000 in a transport to m/s A Pvt LTD company. And another firm sends goods amounting to rs 30000 in that same transport to m/s A Pvt LTD company, which gets loaded in the same truck. So do we both have to issue eway bill. ? Also is what eway bill needed for distance less then 10 km.

If the movement of goods are intrastate, then no need to generate eway bill. And for kms less then 10, you have to fill only part A; Part B not required.
