HELLO SIR
PLZ HELP ME I M REALLY VERY CONFUSED... I HAVE JUST PASSED PCC EXAM ON 4th AUG 2010.. I M REALLY CONFUSED WHAT TO DO NOW.. WHETHER GO FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING OR CONTINUE IN SAME FIRM??? I M FROM BHOPAL BRANCH.. PLZ TELL HOW CAN I START MY PREPRATIONS???

If you are having enough exposure in your CA firm; then continue it. Specially when if you wish to join big practising CA firms or you wish to establish your own.
If you wish to get job after qualification; then go for industrial training.
But ensure yourself; the Company should have good business in its hands otherwise you would neither find good atmosphere nor good work. It might be possible you are held up in stereo type work there.
Whenever you join Industrial Training; ensure how much trainees are already there.
Also know about post and powers of your employer (CA) there.
If he has enough power in his hands; then OK. Discuss with him what type of job he will provide you during the training.
Wish you all the best.
