1.Galvenise steel tape converted into galvanise packing seal through using machinery.only shape change in the process.No melting.Scrap realized in this process
2.purchase of cable scrap & segricated this by man power & machinery & realized copper scrap,alluminum scrap,pvc scrap,iron scrap,lead scrap etc.this is a manufacturing process or not.If yes this is manufacuring process what is the turnover limit for registration as manufacutre in excise

Yes, this process amounts to manufacture.
Please register with Excise asa SSI Unit.
Please if you are a SSI manufacturers having annual turnover of below Rs.90 lakhs. Once their turnover touches Rs.90 lakhs, they should give the prescribed declaration to the Jurisdictional Superintendent of Central Excise.
