FMV and Indextaion of Unlisted shares

21 November 2022 I sold XXXX ES of unlisted CIAL shares at 184/share on 02.06.2022. I purchased these shares on 2008 at a price of 149/share.
How do I get the FMV and indexation for computation of capital gains/loss.
