An entity purchased 3 tabular batteries for Rs.36000/- for inverter, whether to record as expense or debit to fixed assets?
and whether purchase of hard disk for Rs.11300/- to be debited to fixed assets as addition to computers or record as expense?

Yup, both must b treated as appreciation to the assets. Hence the amount must b capitalized.
