our pvt. ltd. company was incorporated in march 2012, do we required to get the audit of same for the a.y. 2012-13? &

you have the option of closing first year within 15 months of incorporation. So if you want you can close the first year on 31/03/2013. So the ROC etc. shall be filed next year
