19 September 2013 it is always said that the equity shareholders either have windfall gains or lose their investments completely.. what is the reason for such extreme fluctuations?

20 September 2013 But at the other end, they are also the owner of the company upto their owner ship.

A equity shareholder will face both, either good return or loss as per market condition and management policy.

The fluctuation in not controlled in company management hand it will depend on today market condition and government policy.
