28 September 2014 I ckeared my grp 1 of ipcc and joined articleship n oct last yr, thereafter in nov I cleared my grp 2. Whn is it mandatory for me to register for final, I have not yet registered. Will there be any repercussions

28 September 2014 you need to ensure that you have a valid CA finals registration on the date of filing examination form for CA finals. So atleast apply for the registration 6 months before your CA Finals is due.
