I have passed my group 1 of IPCC in Nov 2012 amd group 2 in May 2013
i have started my articles on feb 6 2013. so when should i gt register for final and when will b my final attempt

your first final attempt shall be November 2015. you may register for CA finals before filing form for the Final exams.

I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
As per this you will be eligible for Nov, 2015 attempt.
