Sir,
When am I supposed to be registered for FINAL in order to be eligible for NOV 2015 attempt. My article training was commenced on 16-Apr-2013.

Registration in final can b done 4-5 months before the ca final attempt... although there are no limits... you had to register in ca final before filling of ca final exam form thats the only limit..
i wil recommend you to register before 4-5 months in order to get the modules and other formalitlies completed on time

yes correctly said as even your 2 years and 6 months shall be completed by oct 2015 then register anyhow by march to april 2015 so that you can also get the latest icai study material applicable for nov 2015
