I have cleared both groups in first attempt of IPCC in may 2013 exams, now I want to know, when should I register for the final course.

Hi
I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

Congratulation on ur completion of ur IPCC in 1st attempt,
There is no such provision regarding CA Final registration in terms of time limit...
But You have to register for CA finals before filling the Final Examination form, i.e before 3 months of Examination...
However, atleast 2.5 yrs of artileship required to write CA final exams as mentioned by Ajay Sir above...
