Is it true that we are eligible for appearing in final exam while our articleship is remaining 12 months left? as it was 6 month earlier

u will get ca final attempt in last 6 months of articles only.
reference given by u is old one..in pcc times articles was 3.5 years now it is 3 years

Then why is it still appearing in ICAI's Official website.. without mentioning any date of announcement and applicability

it is for only tose students who had cleared pe-2 exams and not for pcc or ipcc cleared students.
