10 April 2014 Is it true that we are eligible for appearing in final exam while our articleship is remaining 12 months left? as it was 6 month earlier

I saw in the link :

I got puzzled as i cant find any date of announcement of this matter

u will get ca final attempt in last 6 months of articles only.

reference given by u is old one..in pcc times articles was 3.5 years now it is 3 years
