If i have applied to appear in both the group of CA Final exam n after first paper i dont want 2 appear in the next three papers n if i go for second group is it ok.
Is there a requirement that if i apply for both groups i have to attend all papers (8 papers) then only they will pass me in any group.

No but to pass second gropu you must appear in the all four paper of second group..
