Dear sir/madam i have registered articles on 26.10.2012 and taken termination on 29.12.2012 .I had re_registered with another auditor as on 16.01.2013 .when is final attmpt due? pls kindly reply me.

you will get ca final exam attempt in last 6 months of articleship which is after completion of 2.5 years of articles

because of ur delay of 17 days in reregistering for articles with other ca your date of completion of articles is extended by 17 days

so ur date of completion of articles would be after november 2015

so you cannot appear for may 2015 as you cannot complete 2.5 years of articles
