hi sir , i have passed ipcc last november i.e. november 2012, can i know when i will become eligible for final attempt sir

Final attempt eligibility is shall be depending on the articleship commencement date.
As per the ICAI provisions those who under going last six months of their articleship training period including excess leaves if any as on the first day of the exams commencing month are eligible for such attempt.
So based on it compute your eligible attempt or please provide your articleship commencement date for getting straight answer.

I assuming you started your articleship on 25-4-2013 then provided if you didn't have more than 131 days upto 31-10-2015 then you are eligible for November 2015 CA final Attempt.

Hi
I just want to clarify that there is no time period is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

whats my doubt is whether 2 years nd 6 months will be computed from date of joining of articles orelse from month of ipcc

From the date of joining and 30 months with eligible leave should be completed before appearing in exam date.

ICAI clearly indicating after completion of 2 and half years of articleship training(30 Months) period : means counting of articleship period with out commencement of articleship training period how did you count such period. So from the date of commencement of articleship training the period shall be counted.
