I have cleared my both groups of IPCC in may 2013. Now can i give my final attempt (both groups)in nov 2015?

if you are under direct entry, then yes.
if you are under CPT route, I have to assume that you didn't start articleship before 1 May 2013. In such a case, your first attempt wont be Nov 15 but May 16.
