02 September 2013 I registered for my articleshp on 30/04/2012 and worked till 15th sept 2012 in one firm and took transfer and got registered in the another firm on 16th sept 2012.i fall under the catogery of ipcc normal course i.e 2.5 yrs of artshp should be completed before i give my final attempt.can i know i am eligible for Nov 14 attempt??

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this your 30 months will complete after Nov 2014, so you will will be eligible for May 2015 attempt.

02 September 2013 If you think that your 30 months will be completed without any excess leave or any other reason, then you can appear in Nov, 2014 attempt.
