08 August 2014 Whether service tax is applicable where asessee is proprietor concern and he is engaged in the business of producing films(movies).If yes, on what amount it is levied ?

08 August 2014 Service tax is applicable on temporary transfer of copyrights of the movies to Television .
There is no service tax on production of films.
Neither there is a service tax on permanenet transfer of copyrights of film as the same is sale.
Neither there is service tax on temporary transfer of copyrights of film
