07 January 2011 if a person is a proprietor of a proprietary concern
where the name of proprietary concern will appear in ST1
Should i need to write his name and then the name of his proprietary concrn????

Please help me ??

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION UNDER SECTION 69 OF THE FINANCE ACT, 1994 (32 OF 1994)

POINT NO.1 REFER TO ASSESSEE , SHE/ HE MENTIONED THEIR NAME , AND STAMP OF THEIR COMPANY AFFIX THERE ON THE MANUAL FIRM AND ALSO MENTIONED NATURE OF CONCERN.

CONSTITUTION OF APPLICANT COLUMN NO. 3a, mentioned by assessee.
