16 September 2015 hello everyone I want help from u..actually I have filled my income tax return ITR-4s and my net income comes to 248500 and there is refund of 2176 ..so my question is that as my net payable is 248500 and which is with in the exemption limit then intt u/s 234a @ 1% comes to nil..so will I be getting my refund ...
