Filling of income tax return - belated

27 January 2013 Dear Sir,
I got my PAN card in the month of Dec 2012. can i file my income tax return for the AY 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13? without any penalty?

Please Clarify the above

27 January 2013 How you have got your PAN Card ?

The delay is on your part.
.
You can file the Return of AY 2011-12 and AY 2012-13 only.
.
You can not file Return of AY 2010-11.
.
If you want to pay tax ( and not penalty)-pay only in respect of A Y 2012-13.
