One of the director is going to retire by 10th March 2010. Can form no. 32 be filled before 10th March or not?

No. Form 32 cannot be filed before 10th March.

It can not be filed before 10th March.
You have to file form-32 within 30 days of retirement of director i.e. upto 8th April.
