Filling of form-8 of roc for modification of charges

29 August 2013 (1)Step wise Process of Submitting the form?
(2)Late fee for delay in filing of form -8 beyond 30 days of charge creation?
(3)I have already a registered user of MCA, so whether i can upload this form from my account or i need the ID of company whose form is to file?
(4)Where can i find original charge creation ID to fill in modification form?

29 August 2013 Hi

For filing Modification of Charge, you should have the following:

1. Charge ID of charge which are going to be modified.
2. Bank Letter referring modification of terms and conditions of existing charges.
3. Board Resolution authorising to Director/Manager/CS to sign Form-8 on behalf of the company.
4. Digital of bank official who will put their signature with designation and email id.
5. Digital of Profesional who will sign the Form-8.

6. If such modified form is not filed with in 30 days then file it with in next 30 days with ROC with additional fee.
