26 August 2011 an individual files his it return second time because the person to whom he gave the details first time is unaccessable to him. he don't know whether his return was filed or not. and therefore he has no acknowledgement of first return.

now he is not getting the refund from dept. on the ground that he has filled the return two times for same year.
please suggest the remedy
