Please let me know what is the due dates for filling of "C" forms to the department.

as per central sales tax each and every dealer is liable to file Statutory C/F etc. forms on quertely basis i.e. Mar09 qtr. forms to be submit before deptt. on or before 30th June

There is no such concept such as filing of C-Forms with the department.
Only the procurement is to be done on Quartely basis.
