17 January 2008 My Question is as below

a private limited company was incorporated in feb 2007. so what will be the due dates for filling annual returns.

20 January 2008 Assuming that the company was incorporated on 1-2-2007, as per section 166,the company has to hold Annual Gen meeting by not latter than 31-7-2008 and file its annual return within sixty days of the date of holding AGM.

27 February 2008 Not latter than Eighteen months from incorporation is what you have to be calculating for AGM.
