Invalid hash value identified, modification to ITR details outside utility is not allowed......

Some times inserting data in schedule TDS, create such problem.
Delete the data in TDS column, and close the utility.
Reopen the same, and fill the correct data without any mistake.
It may help to relieve you from the problem.
By the way which ITR you are uploading with XML. Try Jason file.
