31 July 2013 How can I file return for a person who was to retire last year but passed away before that.
Kindly assist me for e-filing of return

31 July 2013 You can file return as Representative Asseessee. In General Sheet there is a filed which asks if return is being filed by a representative assessee. Select yes and fill the details of Representative Assessee.

31 July 2013 I am filing through excel sheet downloaded from incometaxindia.gov.in and it does not have any general sheet, and no such column is available as representative assessee.
